If your country is not included on the following table then, after having placed the products in your shopping basket, simply select the destination country from the drop-down menu available when inserting the delivery data.
Delivery costs vary depending on the geographical area of the destination and the weight of the goods.
To get an idea of delivery costs consult the following table bearing in mind that the average bag (including packaging) weighs about one kilogram.
In any case, after having placed the items in your shopping basket, the delivery costs will be calculated automatically when you choose the destination country.
When you have selected the type of delivery and the country, go to the checkout and the shop will calculate the exact delivery costs for your order.
If you are satisfied with the total cost, you can then complete your purchase by choosing the preferred payment method.
How the order is processed Your order is processed as soon as we receive
it.
Orders made after 13.00 are normally dispatched on the following working
day. Orders received before 12.00 noon on a working day are normally dispatched
on the same day.
As soon as your order arrives, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from
ANGELA PELLETTERIE.
A further message will be sent when the order has been dispatched.
If the products are not immediately available this will be communicated
to you along with the expected delivery date and time.
If the expected delivery time is unacceptable you can then cancel the order.
Merchandise delivery As soon as your package has been dispatched you will receive a
dispatch-confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. This is the number
that the Italian Postal Service's Quick Pack or EMS use to refer to your
package.
Orders from some countries can be tracked, in which case the dispatch-confirmation
e-mail containing your tracking number will also contain the link to the
site allowing you to follow all the delivery stages.
