Registration to our Customer Data Archive is required to place purchase orders and to be “recognised” by our company’s information system. During the customer's registration process, ordering process and payment process, the customer will be asked to supply informations.
Angela Pelletterie in accordance with D. Lgs 196/'03 informs its customers that any personal data supplied (at the moment of subscription of the purchase order and/or of the compilation of the invoice, as well as of registration with our customers’ archive) is gathered and stored uniquely on the basis of fiscal and tax obligations in accordance with Italian laws, regulations and public standards, and only at the conclusion of the exact attainment of the obligations arising from the purchase contract with which it is partially concerned and/or for the acquisition of the contractual information, an operation always and exclusively on the request of the latter.
Angela Pelletterie guarantees that the personal data supplied by our customers will be used exclusively for a possible interactive commercial communication (e-mail) from Angela Pelletterie itself and that data will not be available for any third parties under any circumstances, neither for commercial information, nor for forwarding publicity material nor for purposes of market research.
Angela Pelletterie further declares that D. Lgs 196/'03 confers specific rights to the interested party, among which are: the right to obtain, from the proprietor, confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their own personal data and the right to a copy of the same in an intelligible form; the right to know the origin of any of the information contained in the data, as well as the basis of the logic and aims of the treatment of the data; the right to cancel the data, to transform the data into anonymous information and to block any data treated in violation of the law; and the right to obtain the integration of the data including the right of opposing its use even for legitimate reasons related to the treatment itself.
In short, your data will be used to carry out your orders and to keep you informed about our services and offers.
