We aim to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the unused product within 10 days of the date of delivery and receive reimbursement equal to the cost of the article, or the chosen article can be exchanged.
Please ensure that you have fulfilled the following conditions for returning goods:
- The goods must be returned to Angela Pelletterie inside the original packaging, and must include everything present in the original package.
- The product must be in the same condition as at the moment of delivery from Angela Pelletterie, it must not be damaged in any way and its original label or tag must remain attached.
If the 10 day time limit has not been surpassed and if all of the conditions have been met, you can send an e-mail to helpdesk@angelapelletterie.com
or send a fax to +39 0578 63951, indicating your order number, the reason for returning the product and whether you would like a refund or to exchange the goods.
After receiving your e-mail, we will send you your Angela Pelletterie Returns Number.
Only after having received this number, return the merchandise to:

IMPORTANT:
In the case of returning goods for reasons of faulty manufacture or damage deriving exclusively from transport on the part of the couriers, postage costs for returning the package will be met entirely by Angela Pelletterie.
If however the product is being returned simply because you are not satisfied with your order, you must cover the cost of returning the merchandise.
NB: we advise the use of a courier or similar method for returning goods, to allow the delivery to be traced.
We cannot replace merchandise until we have received the relevant delivery
.
Exchange:
When we have received the article you wish to exchange we will send you the new merchandise upon receipt of the new order, debiting or accrediting your account with the difference.
Reimbursement:
We will reimburse the cost of the product within 30 days of its restitution. The method of reimbursement depends on the method of payment chosen at the moment of purchase
NB: We remind our customers that we cannot reimburse your delivery costs for the original order.
